What
An audio guide for an art gallery that users will enjoy and not view as a hassle
Why
People often skip audio guides for gallery visits because a variety of reasons which create barriers to their use
How
I interviewed five people whose ages range from 20s to 70s.  I identified some common pain points to art gallery app usage: check-in and check-out is a pain; they cost too much; they're unsanitary
I addressed all three barriers to usage by designing a guide that would run on one's own device and not require a download.  Through wireframing and user testing, I confirmed that it had a friction-less interface.  Finally, I incorporated any feedback users had into my final design
